Pramod Sridharamurthy

Pramod Sridharamurthy is Vice President of Products and India Operations at Glassbeam, with over 18 years of leadership experience focused around people, process, and products in startups and growth stage companies in the big data analytics, connected machines, and storage systems space. A startup guy at heart, he enjoys solving problems at scale and is passionate about connected machines and the opportunities it holds for communities at large.

Pramod oversees Glassbeam’s India operations and products. As the head of India operations, he is chartered to build and scale a high performance team and to help the organization and teams achieve their maximum potential. As the head of products, he is conceiving, driving, and shaping the future of how Glassbeam’s customers maximize the value of data from connected machines. He also provides leadership and coordination in developing relationships with partners and customers in India.

Beyond his professional commitments, Pramod is a core volunteer, Secretary and Trustee at India Literacy Project and is passionately driving a large-scale project to make quality education accessible to public schools in India through the use of technology, experiential learning, community involvement, and by elevating instructional excellence.
