A self-proclaimed women and children advocate and an-artist-in-progress who is more inclined in filmmaking, photography and performing arts, I am currently working as an Administrative Officer IV in a government agency under a Contract of Service. While employed full time, I am actively taking shape the #storiesofthesouth in collaboration with Swito, a private organization and social enterprise who nurture the culture of listening while providing digital storytelling packages to different companies and organization that will lift social impact. I envisioned a world with absolute understanding and respect for diversity and human relationships that is why I would like to take advantage of the power of the rise of multimedia and digital technologies as well as to explore the realm of creative space to educate, to inform and to create impact. I am 35 years old and a mother of three beautiful kids and I want to travel, to get engaged and to immerse deeper in various women and children initiatives around the world while bringing along with me the stories and inspiration of the women and children in Mindanao.

A forerunner in the BPO Industry, Norlin has a strong ability to prioritize. She built rudimentary systems out of minimal resources while performing many other essential responsibilities including maintaining client relationships, managing dozens of employees, implementing new processes internally, and managing multiple new projects to deadline. Her strong background of creating processes and procedures in a 24/7 operations environment is the pillar of NRS’ success.
