Personal development must come before professional success
I will tell my own personal story of going from a young woman battling low self esteem and severe anxiety to launching a successful media company at the age of 48. The “aha moment” came when I realized that each and every one of us is an original, and therefore must individually have something different to offer the world. That realization allowed me to stop looking around at what everyone else was doing, and to truly look within to find the answers I was looking for.
