Peace is passionate about supporting women to reach their full personal potential and with a community of over 70,000 followers has helped thousands of women achieve their dream of running a successful and profitable business and creating a life that works for them and their families.
Peace Mitchell and her sister Katy Garner co-founded AusMumpreneur in 2009 creating Australia’s #1 community for mothers in business and co-founded The Women’s Business School in 2016 to provide entrepreneurial education for women.
Believing that “investing in women is the most powerful way to change the world,” Peace combines her passion for entrepreneurship and education as key components of her vision for The Women’s Business School. Empowering women to embrace their full potential can create real change for a woman, which then helps their families and communities and in turn flows on to the whole country and beyond with social, emotional and economic benefits for everyone.
A voice for women, Peace has worked with all levels of government to create change. Changing local government legislation to create more inclusive town-planning; partnering with the state Government to provide $1 million for small business owners and calling for a national conversation on women entrepreneurs at the Federal level.
Peace is an everyday activist raising awareness about Australian and global issues and inspiring women to create change in a positive way. Her weekly Facebook Live Show ‘Women will change the world’ TV highlights the work of Australian and International women changing the world through activism, entrepreneurialism, advocacy and innovation.
