A Senior Management Executive with diverse experience and expertise. Recognized as one of the Top 20 Women Leaders in IT industry (Data quest 2014). Worked in management roles in companies like Aricent (Hughes Software), GECIS, Wipro and Alcatel. Currently working as Chief Commercial Officer with, ISS (https://www.issworld.com ) – a 16 BUSD, 116+ year old Danish company working in integrated facility management space across 70 countries. ISS employs 550,000 people world wide and is recognized as the 5th largest private employer in the world. ISS India has more than 55,000 employees.
Prior to ISS, worked with Invest India (National Investment and Facilitation agency of the country), a GOI agency mandated to facilitate FDI into the country. It is constituted under Department of Industrial policy & promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce and works closely with all GOI ministries, State Governments, Foreign missions, various country embassies, business chambers and other country IPA’s. As Vice President – Investor Relationship, was responsible for setting up and managing Relationships with Key Investors across the globe as well as all Key influencers linked to various countries – Embassies, Business Chambers etc. Represented and presented Invest India / Make in India in various events across the Globe and in India.
Prior to this worked with Aricent (now acquired by Altran) , a premier software services company delivering Product Engineering Services , as their Chief Strategy officer and in various other P&L and business management roles.
