Paula Menezes Bravo

Paula started her path within the health and natural therapies field, beginning her own self-transformation as well as her learning process towards becoming a therapist back in 2000. She then learnt through numerous courses and workshops and fell in love with Reflexology, specializing in this area.
After the Foot Reflexology basic course she went on to learn Reflexology during Pregnancy and Birth, Personality Analysis through Feet, Child Reflexology, Reflexology for Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes patients. She also coursed in Facial Therapy through the Dien Chan method and translated his book to Portuguese. She is a Full Body Reflexologist by the Kairon Institute as well as a Biomagnetic Par and Ear Therapy specialist.
She teaches Reflexology and has created a series of Didactic Files around Foot Reflexology for Children called “First Steps”.
She promotes gatherings, workshops and conferences in Portugal and Brazil and is the mentor of Multireflexology for Portugal.
