Paula Dunn

Paula is an Experienced Business Leader with a proven track record for growing high performing teams and delivering successful outcomes throughout her 17 years in Medical/Pharmaceutical space. She has worked with over a 100 of the Industry Giants throughout her Career, such as Eli Lilly, Roche, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson and Cochlear just to name a few.

Paula’s career has spanned across Academia, Healthcare and Commercial roles this includes: Scientist, Clinical Research Associate, Senior Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Operations Leader, Senior Project Manager and Senior Operations Manager!
These experiences have forged a passion for leadership and development of individuals and teams, along with an ability to use her innovation and creativity to achieve leading edge results.

Paula has since transitioned her career into Leadership Development within the Senior High School and Early Tertiary Institutions sector with a particular focus in Girls, where she has integrated her Scientific Research, Business Management, Leadership Mindset and Experience, to found the Limited-Edition Leadership Academy™.
Paula believes to create sustainable high performing Leaders; the growth needs to start from within. Personally, having gone through decades of adversity, Paula understands more than most the importance of self-driven leadership. Paula has created solutions to the changing landscape of today’s workforce and hence Leadership and creates Limited Edition Leaders through her Leadership Program.

Paula is currently underway writing her book: “The Limited-Edition Leader® – Why it’s never too early to cultivate a leadership mindset in teenage girls.”
Paula has Qualifications in Biomedical Science (Hons); Master of Science (Hons); Certified Coach; Master Practitioner of NLP; Certified Behavioural Profiler and is a Master Practitioner of Business & Executive Coaching, Organisational Leadership.

Since transitioning as an Entrepreneur Paula has received several awards for her Start Up Activities for her Business called No Limits Consulting. Receiving Student of the Year in 2017 through the Life Coaching College and more recently was awarded 2018 Regional Finalist out of 2,500 applicants through the NSW Business Chamber.
Paula is a Member of various affiliations, NSW Business Chamber, American Chamber of Commerce, Double Bay Networking Group; International Coaching Federation and Australian Board of Neurolinguistics Programming.

Paula has recently partnered with Survivor Watch’s Professional Services 1800 Hotline and is spearheading the Workplace Anti-Bullying Division.
Paula also Volunteers her expertise, knowledge and Networks assisting upcoming Entrepreneurs as well as being an ARCS Co-Convenor for the Young Leaders Interest Area.
