Ms. LaTaille is currently the Program Director of Full Circle Restorative Justice (FCRJ), founded in 2006 and based in Salida, Colorado, USA. Her professional background revolves around Social Justice and Communications in various venues.
Ms. LaTaille is the Lead Facilitator and Trainer for Victim-Offender conferencing, as well as serving as a Professional Mediator (Keeping The Peace, LLC). She is an international speaker on methods of Non Violent Communication (NVC). Her experience as a Rotary Peace Fellow, in Bangkok, Thailand in 2015, was a pivotal point in her career as an International Peace Professional. She serves as the Humanizing Justice Systems + Social Media Lead on the Cornerstone Leadership Council for The Peace Alliance.
Ms. LaTaille earned a graduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has a number of published works and photos in corporate and media publications, regional newspapers and magazines, and in Chicken Soup for the Working Woman’s Soul. She is currently awaiting the publication of her book; “Paws 4 Peace: Enhancing Restorative Practices with Therapy Dogs”.
Ms. LaTaille’s love of travel and connecting within other cultures is an integral part of her life – both professionally and personally.
