My name is Patricia Patrice Majule, Aged 24. I am a Self-made Entrepreneur, Director and Founder Unique Favors Tz. I started my Manufacturing business at the age of 19 after I had completed my High school in 2013 and went through with it throughout my University time at (University of Dar es salaam) were later in 2016 I graduated with Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, with many challenges specially at balancing my studies and business but i thank God I made it, with hard work, patience, persistence, consistency and resilience. I also had a honor of being in the FORBES list this year of 30 MOST PROMISING YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS I am also currently doing mentoring to Entrepreneurs as part of giving out to the community at the (AFRICAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARDS) and at ( Mentorship Challenge [ South Africa Based]) My business journey has been a very challenging path and still it is, i started with a capital of 35$ and currently my business worth more than 60 million Tsh. My business journey in a nutshell I began with making unique products made of waste eggshells used as gifts /favors to be handled to the loved ones.. from that point i expanded with new ideas of commencing a factory that will be making unique products resulting from paper such as unique box packaging, unique party supplies, unique corporate supplies, unique invitation cards, personalization of items etc i did all this to expand the industrial base in Tanzania since most of the products are imported and for the products i have are all manufactured by my company Unique Favors Tz The journey has never been easy but its worth since i am currently supplying more massively products to both wholesalers & retailers as well as corporate. Africa is full of opportunities and one of them is hidden in industrial operations since most of the people never take that road but its the most potential road I would probably recommend to any youth or adult in need of investing in business. I decided to invest in waste eggshells as they generate very unique products and the highly help reduce the waste products the same applied to paper, they are environment friendly and guess what? there is great magic in paper. As a single paper can generate more than 100 types of products that can turn one into a massive billionaire
