Dr.Pallavi (Joshi) Kapooria is presently associated with Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore (NAAC A++ accredited) as a Faculty in Marketing area. She comes along with a varied experience of 16+ years, of which enriching 6 years are from the industry and 10+ years of research & teaching experience.
A certified trainer by BOSCH Skills India and by MEPSC – NSD (Qualification Pack of Trainer), Government of India, Dr.Pallavi Kapooria is keen on conducting Leadership and Personality types training sessions and earned her MBTI® Practitioner certificate from The Myers Briggs Foundation, New York, USA in 2019. An NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) enthusiast, Dr.Kapooria has completed a certification on NLP to refine her training skills with a new dimension. She is a Life Member of ISTD-Indian Society for Training and Development.
Dr.Kapooria marked her debut as an author with her ISBN book on Customer Relationship Management published in 2017. An avid researcher, she has 25+ research publications to her credit with a case study in the marketing domain published in The Case Centre (ECCH) (2020) and 2 publications in ABDC- C Category journal (2022 and 2021) and a patent published under Government of India (2021). A registered Ph.D. supervisor in the Faculty of Management, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyalaya, Indore, her scholar has been awarded with Ph.D in 2022. Dr.Pallavi Kapooria is passionate about constantly upgrading her research and training skills. She comes along with national and international exposure to keep abreast with the dynamic environment and represented PIMR, India at an International Conference held at Marist Institute of Management, Poughkeepsie, USA in 2019
