Outhanvatey By

Outhanvatey By is a managing director / co-owner of RTR Tours Co., Ltd established since 1996, a founder of Interexim Co., Ltd, a trading company for high quality and award-winning beauty products and cosmetics based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

She has been selected by the US embassy in Cambodia to attend the Global Entrepreneur Summit in India with other 6 outstanding Cambodian women in 2017. In 2018 she has been awarded as the Young Achiever for Asean-Indian Youth Awards in New Delhi. She has also been invited as the only Cambodian woman among 23 other women entrepreneurs from different countries to join The International Visitor Leadership Program for 2017, in “Women and Entrepreneurship” organized by the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program in Washington DC.

Before devoting her full time to RTR, she served as a Head of Strategy and Business Development in state-owned development bank of Cambodia, working closely with agriculture cooperatives and other key players in value chain finances.

Graduated in England in Business and financial management, finished a foundation year in Malaysia, been on an exchange program in Paris during her high school and been a solo traveler since early age of 12 and been to more than 30 different countries around the world have allowed Outhanvatey to be very culturally diverse and have an exceptional soft skill of cross-cultural communications.

Outhanvatey is actively involved in social activities, especially in promoting educations in remote area of Cambodia via renovating libraries and collecting reading books for less-fortunate Cambodian Children. She is a member of Cambodian Women Entrepreneur Association (CWEA) and Young Entrepreneur Association of Cambodia (YEAC).
