Mr. Barnes, a retired police commander with over 38 years of experience in coordinating high profile national security events, dignitary /diplomatic protective services, threat and vulnerability assessments, and the coordination of multi jurisdictional responses to weapons of mass destruction incidents.
Mr. Barnes is currently a international police adviser,consultant and training contractor for the Abu Dhabi Police Department in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has also served as liaison officer with federal agencies and with numerous foreign national police forces, military, and intelligence agencies. Has developed and implemented numerous multi- jurisdictional incident action plans involving domestic and foreign law enforcement and protective services. .
He has serves a professional assessor for law enforcement assessment centers in the states of Louisiana, Texas and Virginia. .
In 2010, Mr. Barnes founded, N3 Global Solutions LLC, an international management consultancy firm and exceptional provider of strategic infrastructure solutions that focuses on fulfilling the social needs of the under-served. Mr. Barnes serves as founder, President and CEO of N3 Global Solutions LLC. .
Over the past thirty three years, he has served in numerous operational, supervisory and managerial positions with several law enforcement agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. His expertise includes coordination for high profile national security events, management of the National Incident Management System (NIMS), dignitary/executive protection services, threat and vulnerability assessments, and the coordination of multinational responses to impending disasters.
