Noha is Co-founder of “She is Arab”, the first dedicated speaker’s platform for Arab Women in the world representing and developing Arab women speakers and thought
leaders across every sector. She is also Co-founder, of Lit-Creative, a creative social impact agency. u Before she ventured into the startup world, she was Senior Consultant, heading strategic partnerships and communications for the GCC at UN Women. Prior to that, she held the role of Regional Director of Communications and Social Responsibility at PepsiCo and then at McKinsey & Company covering geographies spanning Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. u Noha started her career with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) where she spent 6 years of her life working in various countries in the field of International Protection of Refugees where she was the only Arab woman in an East Sudan and South Algeria refugee camp operations at the time facilitating the voluntary return of refugees to their home countries and reuniting families separated by years of conflict. u She is a global professional and senior executive with more than 19 years in the fields
of communications, strategic partnerships, advocacy and social impact. She is recognized as a thought leader and an advocate of women, youth engagement and social entrepreneurship in the MENA region. u She is a recipient of the GCC Women’s Leadership Award from CMO Asia and the World Women Leadership Congress 2019. She was also nominated for the 2018 Emirates Woman, Women of the Year Award in the Humanitarian category. She held two board positions in the last 2 years in addition to her role as mentor as part of the Cherie Blaire Foundation’s Global Mentorship Program.
u She is a mother of two and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
