At the heart of her work is her passion for empowering women through social entrepreneurship, and leadership through Foundation Lance d’Afrique Burundi to embrace their talents and have the confidence to dream bigger, work harder and smarter, and achieve outstanding success.
Dr. Florence NISABWE holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship. Her Ph.D. research in Entrepreneurship and Economic Development inspired her to launch a non profit organization called Fondation Lance d’Afrique Burundi (FLAB) to directly empower women in Burundi through social entrepreneurship and knowledge
production.
Author and co-author of six books and many peer-review articles, Dr. Florence is an assistant professor on a part-time basis with MBA students.
