Nilofer is a versatile, multifaceted trainer and motivational speaker with 25 years of work experience in the corporate world and expertise in setting up end to end operations and handling large teams.
She has rich work experience spanning over various industries –Retail, Logistics, Tourism, International Education and Incentive, Rewards & Loyalty which helps her bring in real time experiences into the corporate class room
She has handled Operations, Logistics, Customer relationship, Administration and Human Relationship.
She is a good mentor and team leader, combining business acumen with innate leadership skills to train, build and retain teams.
This management professional has won many awards and recognition such as Best Manager, National award for Best Customer Service (Thrice) and International recognition in the organizations she has worked in. She also holds a degree in Genetics and is a firm believer of ethical practices.
Her last assignment was as “Head of Operations” for a part of a multinational French conglomerate.
She has dabbled with Television, Radio, theatre, and is a writer, artist and an active environmental activist.

Having been a visiting faculty at Madras Management Association & Anna University, Nilofer is a popular trainer at many universities and conducts personality development classes for the final year engineering/MBA students regularly at Periyar Maniammai University Tanjore since 2014.
Nilofer is closely associated as a soft skills expert with CLRI, (Central Leather Research Institute) since 2012 and has been training the officials of CLRI and also the senior management of LIDI (Africa) and the industry officials at Ethiopia, Africa ever since. The visible transformation on her trainees due to her energy and enthusiastic training has made her a much sought after trainer at LIDI .So much so, that she has been invited to conduct Leadership and Management programs at Addis Ababa and has been visiting Africa every year since 2013 for a month to train and motivate the officials there.
Her reputation as an effective trainer has been instrumental in her being invited to train the officials of the Metal Industries Development Institute ( MIDI, Africa) too and she has trained about 100 officials(Director level & senior management) this year in April & May In Africa.
