Netta Ness is an entrepreneur, speaker, and sought after expert in Chance Management™ for leaders, startups, and corporations.

Netta developed the Chance Management process for capitalizing on chance following her work as Vice President for a Hedge firm in the risk management industry. She holds a portfolio of clients with a demonstrated record in turning their respected potential, trends, and patterns into innovative strategies for optimizing performance.

Along her Chance Management practice, Netta serves as the Senior Vice President of Novatrans Group where she works collaboratively with strategic partners, industry experts and the global investment community on Terahertz business initiatives.

Netta is a columnist for Epoch Times Magazine where she features Chance Stories. She is a licensed mediator, the co-founder of several startups, and as part of her social activities supports the Shanti House – a home for youth in risk.

Netta holds a B.S. in political science, public communications and journalism from Bar Ilan University in Israel, and a Master’s degree in Global Marketing, Communications and Advertising from Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts.

She resides in Tel Aviv, Israel with her husband and children.
