She is an experienced person with wide ranging international and local experience including mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing, transformation, organizational development and change and HR gained from high level of projects and responsibilities at corporate, regional, and local country level within Unilever, a leading FMCG Company, JohnsonDiversey part of the Johnson Company of USA, a leading professional hygiene and cleaning company and in Koc Holding, a Turkish Conglomerate covering wide range of business sectors from automotive to energy. She has business experience both in B2C and B2B. She has in depth extensive business and HR knowledge of Europe, East Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East and Latin America and North America due to her involvement in local country, regional and corporate roles and global projects. The last position hold in Unilever, JohnsonDiversey and Koc Holding was VP HR, VP HR for Europe Africa /Middle East and HR Director respectively. She is an advisory board member of Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University of Canada and Bogazici University, Business School of Turkey. She was advisory board member of Hull University Business School of U.K. and the Exec MBA programme for HR at SDA Boconni of Italy. She is both in the board of EQUIS
Awarding Board and also a peer reviewer for EQUIS as well as EPAS (European Quality Improvement System, under the umbrella of EFDM) organization where she attends peer reviews for the accreditation of the top management schools around the world. She also serves as a Board Member at International Women’s Forum of Turkey and at Peoplise angel investment. She is a founder of Blue Ocean Change Management Consultancy Company and working as Change Management Senior Consultant.
