Neha Sinha

Neha is a clinical psychologist by background and a dementia specialist. She started her career as a counsellor with Sanjivini Society for Mental Health, an NGO working in the field of mental health. After spending close to 3 years at the rehabilitation centre working with people suffering from schizophrenia, she decided to join hands with Kabir Chadha at Epoch Elder Care, then a home care provider for the elderly. After a successful stint as the Head of Operations, she took over as the CEO for Assisted Living in December 2014. Epoch currently has three homes in India (Gurgaon & Pune) and remains as one of the few facilities which provides round the clock residential care for elderly with medical needs, chronic conditions especially dementia as well as mental health conditions.
Neha has been recognised in the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia 2016 list. She is also trained in palliative care philosophy from Sophiahemmet University,
