Neelima started as a Management Trainee and then moved on to the role of HR Manager to an Entrepreneur. Her work experience includes an array of work right from Recruitment (Pan India level) to handling the entire gamut of HR which had Induction, Performance Management, Profile Assessments, Payroll and Employee Welfare. She has experience in Training- Personality development, Behavioral, Life Skills and Corporate Training. Being a Purpose Coach makes her create a purpose and self-awareness and help the individual undergo a self transformation process. Her certification in Counselling has helped her counsel students in choosing a right career path. Her effective communication skills have helped her get a chance to be an Anchor with various prestigious dance festivals in Mumbai. Strong interests in NGO and CSR activities related to education, dance, and socio-equality, under- privileged, skills development and counselling.
