Nazneen Jehangir

Ms Nazneen Jehangir, Executive Director of the US $ 450 m NeST Group, is a second generation entrepreneur. An Engineer by training, she oversees the software, education and training businesses of the Group as the CEO. The diversified Group has foot-prints across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, South-East Asia, Japan and Australia.
Over the last decade, NeST’s software business has grown manifold under her leadership, entering new geographies, domains and technology specializations, including Digital technologies such as SMAC, IoT, AI & ML, blockchain, etc. The software operations are now spread across three development centres in Kochi, India one each in Trivandrum and Bangalore (India) and a full-fledged support centre in Dubai, UAE. The education & training interests include a K-12 school, an IT training division, a fibre optic technology centre in collaboration with a leading US training organization and a Management Development Centre A frequent traveler, Ms. Jehangir divides her time between her business interests, CSR activities of the Group through the NeST Snehakoodu Trust and her family. She is an active member of the CII’s Indian Women’s Network where she espouses the cause of women entrepreneurs. She also serves on the State level Governing Boards of NASSCOM and CII.
In 2018, she was awarded the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” by Destination Kerala, a leading business magazine jointly with All Ladies League, The Indus Entrepreneurs and Women Entrepreneurs’ Network. She is married to Mr. Binub Azeez, a businessman and has two sons, Rihan and Suhaan.
