Navreen is a Principal Solicitor managing and leading the Asset Funds Services legal team in London at BNP Paribas Securities Services, one of the world’s leading custodians. She began her career at BNP Paribas Securities in 2014 as a Solicitor and was promoted to Senior Solicitor and then to her current role as Principal Solicitor. Prior to this Navreen worked at a range of financial institutions (Citibank and BlackRock) and trained and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales at the leading international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
Navreen has a keen interest in mindset, personal development, health and wellbeing and is a Licensed Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Navreen was selected as founding member of SIMA (Securities Industry Management Association) NextGen – an industry group holding events to enable those aged under 40 working in the Securities Industry to network, gain industry insight, cultivate thought leadership and enhance their personal development.
Navreen also volunteers to assist the Royal British Legion in tribunal cases to support army servicemen.
Additionally, Navreen is an active community volunteer and has contributed in cleanliness drives, tree plantation events, blood donation events, visits to care homes and chiropractic mission trips in India. Navreen has also arranged for collections and donations to UK food bank “Hope For Food” and has volunteered with “Basket Brigade” to help distribute over 1200 Christmas food baskets to those in need around London.
Navreen also enjoys dancing and has taught and performs Kathak (Indian classical dancing) in theatres. She has also choreographed dances for the London Olympics street shows and the Calgary Stampede in Calgary, Canada.
