Navnidhi Wadhwa

Dr. Naavnidhi K Wadhwa was shy and an introvert who changed her life with her unbeatable and indomitable spirit. As a young girl, life was never easy for her. She was bullied and body shamed for being non-English speaking and overweight. She had to endure hateful, spiteful, and negative people all through her growing up years. She also experienced depression, asthma, body shaming after her younger daughter’s birth. For most of her life, suffered from low self-esteem.

But, she didn’t let this negativity keep her pinned down. Taking it positively in her stride, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and spirituality to challenge the darkness around her.

“It is not your past that defines you, it is who you choose to be in the future that defines you as a person,” she says.

At a young age, Naavnidhi discovered the secret to break the bonds of her life and spring to the feats she has achieved. She realized the potential of her mind could and would surpass all else. By using the power of the unconscious mind and the technique of visualization supported by her choices and focused thinking, she has overcome her adversaries; eventually, giving a fitting reply to her naysayers.

In the recent past, she has received multiple accolades and has been recognized for the power-packed person she is. Her achievements are nothing short of the testimony of what you can achieve if you put your mind to it, no matter how difficult your circumstances really are.
