An out of the box thinker, social entrepreneur and innovator, passionate about creating solutions to enhance competitiveness, private sector development and economic inclusion. More than 20 years of experience working in Latin America and Ecuador in issues related to structural economic transformation, export diversification, investment attraction and competitiveness. Enjoyed very much also my recent position as Ambassador of Ecuador in United States, where I have the opportunity to promote Ecuador´s great potential as a tourism destination. Also, previous government jobs as Ministry Coordinator of Production and Competitiveness as well Ministry Coordinator of Social Development provide me with ample experience in developing, setting and implementing a Diversification of Ecuador´s Economy Agenda, Private and Public Partnerships Law, as well as Economic Inclusion Policies.
