Prior to Crowth!, Natalia worked for 11+ years in Strategy, Digital Technologies, Finance and Operations across 13+ countries and top organisations with a variety of cultures/business situations including consulting firms, mobile operators, investment banking, trade associations, charities and start-ups. Strong focus on Digital & more recently Innovation.

Natalia is passionate about how emerging technologies are reshaping our lives and future and their applications. Impact obsessed! Previously Strategy Mentoring Group lead at Cherie Blair Foundation for Women helping upskill the global community of mentors and women entrepreneurs in emerging markets in Strategy skills and Digital technologies. Mentor/reverse mentor/mentee to some amazing people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
