From a personal story, in which Natalia Espitia experienced an episode of attempted sexual abuse, the Girls Without Fear Foundation was born in 2016, to support girls in the prevention of sexual abuse and pregnancy. Its mission is to empower girls and adolescents, encouraging them from three key tools: education for sexuality and construction of citizenship, sports with bicycle and psychosocial support. Fifty girls from seven to fifteen years old were directly impacted and in two and a half years they have become a great support network for the prevention of abuse.
