Nandita Sharma is an serial entrepreneur. and founder of Zaivic-Tech wellness solutions; Nandita’s The Beauty Zone, Organic Beauty, BIO, having 15+ years experience in Wellness industry with spa management degree from London school of Fashion. She has acquired a deep knowledge about wellness and holistic Lifestyles, aesthetics of grooming, Nandita has also done research in Himalayan herbs for beauty and own a Hair designing degree from Vidal Sassoon London, Nandita Sharma won various top industry awards. Here is her journey in nutshell;
Nandita Sharma- She is a self-made woman driven by force of creation. She has started her first venture at tender age of 14 and stayed financially independent since then. Being a young ambitious girl she wanted to be a businesswoman once she grows up, but destiny has designed an early marriage for her and she was relocated from Dehradun to historic city of Mysore. Though she was an undergraduate with her broken English and no knowledge of local language. She took this as an opportunity to learn more and expand her horizon. Though she wasn’t having any degree, support system lineage to start her business but with her unshakeable confidence she was able to set a guide map for herself and started with organic skin care products By the name of Beauty Plus. It was received very well and started unlocking new opportunities for her.
She continued her entrepreneurial journey with some baby steps. Then in 2003 started her first proper commercial venture an unisex salon and spa in Mysore. Despite being ahead of time she was able to create a name a reputation for her brand “The Beauty Zone” in shortest span of time. Her salon USP was use of natural and organic products, and personalized high standards service. .
She opened 5-6 branches and started to franchise by name off BIO-Beautiful Inside Out; and Organic Beauty.
God was kind and she was able to build it fast with exponential growth. She received prestigious debutante franchisor of year award, India in in 2013. She was on cover of prestigious ENTREPRENEUR magazine as top 10 investable businesses in INDIA (2014). Despite all the success and cash flow, Nandita felt something is missing. She opted not to take investment offers and understand industry more deeply to smooth out chaos of scaling-up. Being a single founder she has juggle multiple hats, was often called as one man army by competitors, As her main passion was about reinventing popular beauty and lifestyle rituals with ancient, natural and organic recipes she tried to venture in organic-handmade beauty products, though it received great response this venture didn’t take off in commercial way. All the stress and pressure and constant travel was slowly working negatively on her health. And she ended on surgeons table to fix her back. She saw an opportunity here. She strongly felt the need of some de-stressing solutions. Which are simple yet fun, not time consuming and definite in result. In 6 month of resting time she started research on stress-its relation with brain and body. And Zaivic was born.
Zaivic provide innovative de-stressing solutions. This mindfulness meditation experience can add value to everyone’s life by helping him or her stay healthy, happy and manage his or her life better, In this 360* shift from hair dressing to pure technology, she knew this is her calling and taken a complete exit from her
previous ventures.
She has built a balanced team with some great minds. And they create smart zones for assisted meditation/yoga nidra /alpha offices / concentration zones. This mind spa’s provide not only instant relief from mental fatigue and stress, but also have positive long-term benefits for physical mental and psychological health.
