Nandita Pandey is India’s leading Personal Branding Coach. She is the Founder and Director of Strata Vision Pvt Ltd (SVPL) and is also the Chief Image Consultant of Prismatic Consulting. In a span of 7 years she has acquired an incredible reputation and is also responsible for the outstanding success of some of India’s most efficient brands, CEOs, CXOs and Celebrities. She has 17 years of rich and diverse experience in the field of corporate HR. An entrepreneur with a desire to spread happiness around, Nandita is currently working as a consultant in Coaching, Image Management, HR and Training. She is the first image consultant in Tamil Nadu. She extensively uses theatre and art forms in her training programs. She is an author of book on Image Management – Dressology – The Science of Power Dressing.
She did her Post-graduation in Psychology (Organisational Behaviour) from Delhi University. Nandita also holds a NLP practitioner certification from National Federation of NLP, USA. She is a certified Performance Coach and Image Consultant. She is internationally certified on various training methodologies under T Harv Eker, Blair Singer, Clinton Swain, Rogen Si.
She has worked in organizations like NIIT Ltd, GE, Capital, RRD Donnelley and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles before staring out as an entrepreneur.
