Nancy is the lead Executive Presence Coach & Leadership Skills Facilitator. She has close to two decades of experience & led key level roles in Education, Insurance and Banking Sector. In 2012, after her corporate stint, she founded her company named “The Perfect You”. Through her training and coaching programs Nancy has touched a million plus lives.
She was also on the Advisory board panel at TEDxPune, Cherie blaire foundation for women and Josh talks. Her views and articles have been featured in the leading national newspapers and magazines like The Times of India, The New Indian Express, Pune mirror, Sakal times and magazines namely Creme, Good housekeeping, Cariz, Perfect Woman, Brand India Magazine and FORBES magazine.
Nancy’s innovative work has grabbed a wealth of praise and media attention. Nancy is a LIMCA Book of record holder for her unique workshop she led along with 11 women. Nancy is a frequent invitee for key note sessions, inspirational seminars, panel discussions and bespoke sessions at corporates and top management institutions.
She has coached CEO’s, Celebrities, Politicians and VP’s of large corporate houses and MNC’s. Nancy is the recipient of several awards including the Lokmat Sakhi Sanman Award for her contribution in Education sector, and the World’s Best Storyteller Award by HRD Congress bestowed on leading storytellers.
