Nadine graduated from the University of Utah with Honors as a Service Learning Scholar. She obtained Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Sociology with a minor in Spanish. She first worked for a homeless shelter as a social worker. Nadine decided that she wanted to help more as a therapist. She then obtained her Master’s Degree as a Mental Health Therapist. She also obtained several certificates in Play Therapy and Drug & Alcohol Addiction. Nadine has worked with people in crisis and need for over twenty years. She has enjoyed the work, always looking for a new challenge. She has worked with her family setting up a few companies ranging from properties and investments to game companies. She has found great joy raising her four sons. Nadine has also cared for her grandparents as they have aged and passed away. Nadine has also worked in Washington DC for US Aid helping struggling countries. She currently assists an orphanage in Uganda. Every year Nadine attends the Conference on the Status of Women at the United Nations where she engages in conversations on Domestic Violence, poverty, unpaid work and many other topics affecting women. Nadine is a survivor of domestic violence.
