Nadin Meloth

Nadin Meloth is President of European Women’s Management Development International Network (www.EWMD.org) founded in 1984 in Brussels. Its major goals are to increase the visibility and participation of qualified women in leading positions, to raise quality levels in management, to enrich management culture through greater diversity, to contribute actively to political discussions and to support relevant international scientific research. EWMD has almost 900 individual and corporate members in 10 countries in Europe and beyond, being active in more than 40 cities. In her professional life, she has been a Business Coach specialized in Executive Empowerment and Change Marketing for more than 15 years. She works with managers, executives and entrepreneurs in several industrial sectors, national and international always focussing on personal and team development among the Top-Management. Her professional background in marketing and change management leads to a permanent focus on growth, change and efficient communication. In her private life Nadin from Germany is the passionate wife of her Italian husband and a loving mum of two amazing tennie girls. Together with her family Nadin lives in the middle of Europe in the Frankfurt area.
