Ms. Monika Kapoor is an Ex-Joint Director in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). She has supervised ‘Mentoring & Monitoring Programme’ of CBSE successfully, headed a prestigious project of MHRD “Udaan”. (Udaan is a project launched by CBSE under the aegis of HRD to address the low enrolment of girl students in engineering colleges by addressing the three dimensions of education- curriculum design, transaction and assessment. Under this project 1000 girls are selected from all over India every year from Class 11 and they are mentored for JEE/IIT Exams free of cost).
Ms Monika Kapoor started professional journey 23 years back from grass root level as an Activity Teacher and Academic Coordinator and as Head Mistress in a reputed school of Delhi. She has also worked as an Asstt. Professor in a College of Education. She is devoted to bringing visible changes in the society.
In this distinguished professional journey she has also coordinated with reputed organizations like KVS/NVS/DOE/NCERT.
In her career so far, she has conducted around 40 extensive training programmes all over India for Principals/HOD’s/Teachers/Students and also for Parents. Additionally she has also worked as a Resource Person, and Examiner and Evaluator in various reputed exams like CTET, AIEEE, PMT, UGC NET, JEE and other exams.
Engaged in offering “Thinking Skills” by enabling 21st Century Skills & Social Science education for university students and working professionals.
