She is currently based out of Kolkata, & serves as Director at ValueCare Inc, Delaware, Founder Director & CEO at ValueCare Solutions Private Limited, Kolkata & Independent Director at Pinstorm Technologies Limited, Mumbai. With specific skill sets in Information Technology & Information Communications Technology acquired over the past 15 years while spearheading ValueCare, she has had direct experience in all functional aspects of business and a thorough understanding of Statutory Compliances mandated under Corporate Law. She also brings to the table gender-specific Best Practices, including those that govern Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She has recently undergone certification in Corporate Governance & Public Policy from IICA – Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs & specialization in MSME – Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from IIBF – Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, along with attending Cohort 15 of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women in person at IIMB – Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has also enrolled on the Berkeley Executive Program in Management, 2022 – 2023, which has just commenced earlier this year.
