Misha K. Mittal

Misha K Mittal is the Founder & CEO of GetupGo!, which aims to fill the current behavioural skills gap amongst young adults. Within this capacity she curates experiential learning interventions on behavioural skills for young professionals across multiple industries and audience demographics. Alongside GetupGo! she is also on the Advisory Board of the Women Economic Forum; where Misha continuously leverages her network and expertise to empower women professionally and personally.

Prior to GetupGo!, Misha spent a few years at McKinsey & Company. as a Senior Organisational Health Coach. In this capacity, she coached clients through the process of their transformational change journeys. Misha also went on to play the role of the People and Operations Lead of the Organisational Diagnostics Solution team across Asia – focusing on the individual development of the team members, the health and performance of the team as a whole, and also that of the rapidly growing and complicated Asian market. Misha has experience in facilitating workshops for top teams, middle management and even new-joiners at various companies. She holds an MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (Delhi University).
