elite universities. She has also been involved in social projects, such as Move the World supporting girls and women in areas such as building confidence and empowerment. Mirja has a background as an auditor for EY in the US and later across Europe before pursuing her studies in Psychology and working in leadership development and coaching ever since. She has been working with leading academics and practitioners in the field of leadership, in particular ethical, i.e. leadership of self and others in line with human needs. Her over 10 years international experience in leadership development spans across the entire learning & development cycle (culture change, talent
management etc.) supporting a varied client base from a number of industries (e.g. finance, engineering, tech and healthcare) in multiple countries, as well as charities, schools, universities, research centers and professional dancers. Her passion is to create a positive environment to support others (people and organizations alike) in realizing their potential to achieve autonomy, take responsibility, collaborate, learn and grow, whilst at the same time enjoying their journey. Mirja thinks this comes from having built a life abroad on her own at a young age, whilst discovering what motivates her and what she is capable of. Mirja finds energy and inspiration in dance and especially in spending time with her husband and her baby boy, out in nature preferably in the mountains (e.g. skiing, hiking).
