Miriam Feiler

Co-Founder, bizzi.co

Singapore

Miriam Feiler is an Australian entrepreneur who has been based in Singapore for the past 5 years with her family, where they are permanent residents. Prior to relocating to Singapore, Miriam established a successful 15-year career in international trade and small business education, that included assisting Chambers of Commerce, Bilateral Chambers and Government, to help Australian companies start and grow import and export businesses. Miriam created a B2B learning and marketplace event, The Import Export Show, which she ran for 7 years and educated 10,000 SMEs through it.
In Singapore, Miriam became involved with the international startup movement, StartUp Nations, and co-founded Start Up Australia. In 2015, Miriam embarked on a journey to fulfil all the business ideas she wished to birth and all the life experiences she wished to have in her 40s. Her goal to “build a business that makes a global impact” got momentum last year when she met her now co-Founder, Darren Harrison. They both shared a strong desire to help the world’s MSMEs grow beyond what they thought possible. And realised that the answer could be found in bringing business owners together to collaborate across industries and borders. They spent one year developing bizzi.co, the online collaboration platform and launched it in August 2017 bizzi works with Governments, Chambers/Bilateral of Commerce and women’s entrepreneurship organisations. There are currently businesses from 23 countries on the platform. In 2018 bizzi will continue introducing new offerings that support the journey to growth and expansion for MSMEs globally. Miriam comes to bizzi with the firm belief that collaboration is the best way forward for the world’s MSMEs.
