Michelle Ferrari

A true believer in building a better world by helping companies transform their cultures, she was the Executive Director in Mexico of the Global Cultural Transformation Consulting firm, Great Place to Work®. With over 20 years of professional experience, Michelle joins Great Place to Work® in 2002, in an accelerated career, leading the Customer Solutions department and becoming a sales director.
In 2012, she is entrusted with the leadership of one of the most important affiliates, Great Place to Work® Mexico, providing an important transformation process, anticipating the innovation that the workplace culture would increasingly gain relevance in the world and the will promote on all continents. As a result, GPTW Mexico leads the implementations of technological platforms, methodologies and models of digital administration that have served to improve many leaders and workplaces, fulfilling their passion for a continuous work experience and a great place to work for everyone.
