Melanie Baum

Melanie Baum: Melanie is the Collections Manager for Working Capital Repatriators Ltd. Melanie has over 30 years work experience in both commercial, & retail management. In 2012 Melanie joined Deanem Collections Ltd after 4 years as a retail manager with Holland & Barrett. In November 2016, Melanie helped launch Working Capital Repatriators Ltd.

Melanie has been married to David for 35 years and they are the proud parents of 2 sons, Philip & Oliver, in November Melanie & David are looking forward to becoming grandparents for the first time.

The reason that Melanie is an effective collection manager is she understands a client’s needs to recover their money, but realises that her actions could ruin the clients’ reputation. Melanie will always allow time to speak to a debtor to help them resolve their issues, one of the reasons that Melanie does this, is in 1997 she was diagnosed with Brest Cancer and is now in her 20th year of remission and Melanie recognises that reason that a debt is not settled could be to do with health as much as a financial one.
