Mehana has over 15 years of experience working with the consulting work, and has been instrumental in conceptualization to creation of diverse and large scale teams. She has excellent global and cross cultural exposure and has travelled widely to build & strengthen relationships and stakeholder management.
Mehana has worked extensively in the Business Transformation space, Re-engineering & establishing teams, processes, partnerships, cross-cultural collaborations thru a re-iterative process. She has in-depth experience in Knowledge, Research, Marketing, Innovation, Ecosystem, and is well versed with the latest tools and technologies. She currently handles a team of ~200 people and has been a leader of sorts for more than 8 years.. She has a strong creative bent of mind that makes her an expert Design Thinker and Coach. She has led as many as 150 people Design Thinking facilitations, and those with educational institutions to solve complex issues with ease and strategy.
Mehana has excellent mentoring & coaching skills, with a large set of women leaders in her team, who are taking the front positions by virtue of hard work and excellent managerial qualities. Mehana’s interest in women leadership is one of the prime reasons for her to be part of the prestigious conference, to up the cause of women at large in the corporate world and to have them take positions which were never given to them for reasons we all know. She intends to bring women from the underprivileged sections of the society to the mainstream.
