Megha Mittal

Megha Mittal is a musician and a business professional whose focus has been on solving problems and growing people. Megha’s first degree was in Indian classical music (Sitar) at the age of 14. She started working at the age of 11 due to family circumstances and later on went to acquire degrees in business, finance, marketing, law and strategy. Megha started her business career with McKinsey & Company in 2004, worked across different regions and has recently started riding the internet wave at Booking.com where she leads the strategy and product for the hotels.

Having worked in an industry with limited young women, Megha has derived lessons on being a mindful leader. For last couple of years she has been informally coaching and mentoring people from all over the world who has come to her looking for inspiration.
