Filled with passion, compassion and spirit, Meena Lokhande wants to make this world a better place for everyone. She is Social Entrepreneur. Completed her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from NMIMS). She has been wholeheartedly working for the underprivileged women, youth and children for last 18 years for various causes. She was a General Secretary at YWCA of Bombay and was a former Director with Barbhaya Orphanage for Hindu Girls and other renowned NGOs like CSSC, Hope Foundation, Ojus Medical Institute and many more.
Currently she is working as a Head- Resource Mobilization and Projects with Child Help Foundation and a Corporate trainer for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) of women at workplace with Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd., ONGC, L&T Construction, Khaitan & Co., Jindal group of companies and Taj Hotels in Mumbai.
The impact of her work is She has worked with lacs of women in nearly 100 companies creating awareness on POSH. She has handled nearly 100 POSH cases to give justice to those victims. She was a winner of GIWL Award for Social Leader of the year 2019.
