Dr. Mary Segars

Dr. Mary Segars is the Founder and CEO of Segars Consulting Group. She’s committed to providing entrepreneurs and businesswomen the needed tools to be the best leaders in corporate and personal environments. She is a certified Leadership & Transformational Coach. Dr. Segars has published two best-selling books; “Power Talk begins with Power Thought,” and “Wake up the Leader within You.”
Dr. Segars conducts seminars on Abundant Life Training Seminar, where the participants will learn their motivational gifts and how to relate to others. Other seminars she conducted are: Leadership Development, Personal Accountability Training, and How to map your life for success. In addition, Dr. Segars offers one-on-one coaching, as well as group coaching.
Dr. Segars had served on several non-profit boards, including the Board of Directors for Detroit YWCA and have been named to the Professional Women Network International Advisory Board for 2017-2018. She has mentored young ladies through Alternative for Girls program. She received numerous certifications and accolades from Toastmasters’ International and Michigan Speakers Association. Dr. Segars lives in Michigan with her husband and loves to travel with her family.
