Developed the bank strategy to penetrate this segment, its business model and value proposition and overseeing the strategy implementation. Effective September 2019, became responsible for the Business Banking Value proposition team to set the Business Banking customers strategy, segmentation, value proposition, business model and channel strategy to profitably grow the segment and achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Also, responsible for the Business Banking profitability and budget through proper price setting and control of the P&L drivers.
