I was born in Nisa, Alentejo, Portugal.
I am married and also am a mother and a grandmother.
I have been a hairdresser for 48 years, a Teacher for 29 and a Craftswoman ever since I can remember.
I have been a Reiki practitioner for 26 years.
I have gone through courses both professionally and in the spiritual realm.
I have been part of Seminars, Talks, Exhibits, Public Presentations and also done some Plays.
I have organized events and field trips, contests and championships.
I have worked extensively with teaching youngsters and adults and have been part of volunteering projects too.
