Manjit K Kang

As a multi-award winning Banker, with 27 years experience working for NatWest, Manjit is an ardent ambassador for Women in Business and driving forward the Diversity and Inclusion agenda. Through her creativity and strategic acumen, coupled with her extensive business network, Manjit plays a key role in helping deliver the Bank’s vision to be number one for service, trust and advocacy. Manjit is committed and passionate to see more women and BAME leaders at senior leadership positions, both within and outside the Bank and her proactive role as the Midlands Chair of the RBS Sikh Network is testament to this. The Network has grown quickly since the launch in March 2018, receiving global recognition and an invite to 10 Downing Street. As well as being a mentor and role model for women and men, Manjit is also a Non Executive Director at Art Business Loans, a CDFI supporting small businesses with finance and sits on the advisory board for the Women Economic Forum (Birmingham) and World Music Conference
