Man Mohan Bhagat is an electrical and mechanical engineer from Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi. After working with an international oil company for two decades, he incorporated the Bhagat Global Group of companies in mid 1970s. Starting with computer software exports, he has expanded his expertise in numerous sectors and geographies over the years. He has developed short and long term strategies for several multinationals in a variety of sectors for marketing and investment and helped in their successful execution. Mr Bhagat is the Founder, Chairman and Board Member of many Indian and International Institutions and has led trade and investment delegations to several countries. He believes in contributing to society in all aspects. He is actively interested and involved in matters of global concern both economic and environmental. He is Founder & Chair of Earth Foundation (EF) NGO with the mission of improving quality of life on Earth, currently working on issues concerning the environment and the underprivileged Girl Child. He has completed a course at Harvard on problems of the environment and their solutions. At 92 years of age, he was perhaps the senior-most student in the entire Summer School of 2019. At Harvard, he conceptualised a new cognitive paradigm of Industrial Sublimation to harmonise with environmentalism. While doing a course on problems of the environment, at Harvard, he received validation for his project to prevent climate change through global Earthminimals Earthmatics campaign by reducing individual CO2 footprints, incorporating implementable and measurable steps to reduce global warming. Along with his daughter Geeti Bhagat, he is writing a book titled “ Startup your own Multinational Corporation in 80 days”. The book is a practical guide to initiating and scaling up global operations.
