Malika El Alami, 59 Years Old, mother of 4 child and grandmother of 3 grandkids, I am a happy and satisfied woman, as well as being strong of my teachings.
I am grateful for everything I lived in my life as I had the pleasure to meet with such amazing human beings that drove it to new heights.
I have done my studies at l’ESAM (University of Modern Art) followed by 3 years at l’ESG (University of Management) in Paris.
Being passionate about the human rights and advocating for the feminine cause, I devoted myself on my return to Morocco, in the 80’s, to women in hospitals to explain the benefits of contraception because in light of the growing population that our country was facing, it became vital and urgent for the development of our economy to curb births!
From then on, my role in the civil society made sense! Subsequently, I led round tables of battered women, girl mothers in disadvantaged neighborhoods to allow them to express themselves, to share their sufferings, their cracks and to build bonds by recovering self-esteem while developing listening. I also did a 4 years hypnosis training to become Hypno-therapist which was specialized in depressive states and stress management. It allowed me to deepen my knowledge and support women in emotional distress! On this path of learning, I met “Art of Living”, an Indian organization having Sri Sri Ravi Shankar as Spiritual Guide, for whom I contribute today with breathing techniques, meditation as well as with a process called “Sudarshan Krya “. This process is a powerful breath technique based on sound and rhythm designed to eliminate stress and calm the mind, to appeasement and inner peace! Today, thanks to ALL Ladies League, I teach Sudarshan Krya to women in prison.
With their daily practices, some women can realize that they have talents, dreams and subtly values of humanity come to life by inspiring other inmates! Bonds have been created and that gave a sense to my actions and to my life! Today, these incarcerated women know that Happiness is real since it is the very essence of the human being. Wisdom settles and erases misfortune which is unreal, illusory and inflicted by memory. Today, I best embody these values at every moment of my life by using all these lessons for the benefit of my company. Being in business management and having the position of General Manager of a family group in the field of Industry, I put into practice all these lessons of personal development by reminding each person and woman that the bonds we are weaving are the essence of human progress, development and growth.
