Madhu Srivastava

Ms. Madhu Srivastava, has been with the Cairn Oil & Gas business of Vedanta for 4 years now. She is Dy. Head – HR & Admin and EXCO member at Cairn. In addition, she double hats to lead Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion for the Vedanta group and is also a member of Group HR Council & Group Ethics Committee.
Madhu has done her MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and brings close to 18 years of experience across HR and Sales & Operations and has worked with Citibank, Genpact, Reliance & Godrej in the past.
Madhu’s passion lies in finding & getting onboard top quality global leadership talent as well as hiring best-in-class entry level talent from premier Indian & Foreign universities. She has been instrumental in launching Vedanta’s flagship Global Internship Program, L&D execution with focus on e-learning platforms and in-house programs like Leaders Teach, Employer branding through innovative initiatives like Talent roadshows, Market mapping and leveraging LinkedIn & Social media in recruitment. As member of HR Council, Madhu has played a key role in launching some of the best-in-class & progressive people policies in the group.
