Madeline Salazar – United States Of America (USA)

Madeline is a first-generation college graduate, an MIT alumnus and a leader in the engineering field. At the young age of 23, Salazar has already experienced a variety of positions in various companies including NASA, Boeing and the US Navy. Thru each of these experiences she has grown passionate for technology and engineering education for all ages and she exercises this passion as a co-founder of the non-profit organization, Latinas in STEM and now as co-founder of Tech Camp LA. Most recently, she was recognized for both her technical and community contributions as Most Promising Engineer at the 2014 HENAAC Awards.
