Lydia is Founder and Country Manager of a private limited liability company named ‘Ur Will Group’. Ur Will Group was created in 2013 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, registration number- RCCM: DC/KIN/RCCM/13-B-0813. Under her leadership, couple of achievements was notable with continuous main objective, i.e. to grow the business and our footprint in the country. This was translated into several partnerships’ initiatives that are not limited to (i) in the technology field, serving as digital solution specialized in agency merchant aggregator solutions for financial institutions and MNOs. Lydia is founder of Afrikademia GmbH a company created in 2016 in Frankfurt- Germany. Afrikademia aims to provide quality primary & secondary school education to Afrika’s growing middle class at a reasonable price. Our innovative solution combines an international curriculum with ICT, personalized student support and international languages. Pilot school currently being launched in Nairobi-Kenya. At a national leveI and still in the educational area, Lydia is founder of a non-profit organization started in Lubumbashi-Katanga province in the DRC in 2014 called Matumaini (Hope in Swahili). 13 years after its creation, Matumaini offers education to more than a thousand of children from kindergarten, primary and secondary school. Since 3 years back, Matumaini has enrolled about 200 pupils for the state exams, obtaining an impressive result of 95% of success in average.
She has worked for Citibank Congo for 6 years caring an experience as HR Liaison Officer, Service Manager Head while she was hired as Personal Assistant to the MD.
