Lucy Chamberlain

Lucy Chamberlain is co-founder of C&C Search, a successful recruitment and consulting firm in London. A passionate advocate for equality and authenticity, Lucy runs an all-female team and takes a holistic approach to business and talent management.
During her time as a graduate employee, Lucy became her firms youngest ever equity partner at age 28, having built and led the largest and most successful division in the company. She went on to create C&C Search, a unique business which nurtures the rich potential in the female workforce, and by donating 10% of profits to Tomorrow’s People, supports the next generation in finding meaningful employment.
